This Coop building desperately needed major upgrades in order to sell the individual apartment units for market value. We renovated the entrance, the lobby and six apartments. Each unit asking price is now half a million! This was one of our largest construction renovation projects to date.

This homeowner was retiring and ready to relocate to Georgia, but the home sat on the market in its original drab condition for months. After our staging, she sold her home for $5,000 over the asking price within 7 DAYS!

This investor needed to stage this empty property to make a flip quickly. After our staging, he had SAME DAY multiple offers from a variety of buyers. The neutral color scheme with just a touch of an accent color created a color palette that was acceptable by an array of potential buyers which created a bidding war!

This homeowner needed additional income. She took the top level of her brownstone and turned it into a studio apartment. She contacted DDG to work our magic to create a welcoming look for AirB&B to list her studio. Due to the inviting colors, textures, and comfortable decor, immediately, she received so many requests; she was able to book the studio for the entire year!  Her space is in constant high demand!
